Let's find your favorite oimo! │Experience digging potatoes while looking out at the Southern Alps

1/9

Surrounded by the mountains of the Southern Alps, why don't you dig sweet potatoes while being healed by nature?

You can harvest sweet potatoes grown naturally in Hakushu-cho, Yamanashi/the village of famous water, and bring them back. From potatoes that are mainstream in supermarkets to rare potatoes that are hard to see. You can enjoy a variety of seasonal potatoes. Touch the soil in the clear air and dig out the sweet potatoes with your own hands. I would be happy if you had such a special fall day.

Hakushu is also a natural water production area, and is an area where rich forests and satoyama meet. At the roadside station, you can pump natural water as much as you want. Koshu Kaido, which is full of history, is home to long-established sake breweries and Japanese confectionary stores. It's a town where you can enjoy nature and history.

⚠ Only middle and high school students and younger cannot participate. Thank you so much for your understanding ⚠

Yamanashi, Japan

What is Hibinohata? We have been farming since 2023 based in a small village in Hakushu, Yamanashi, at the foot of the Southern Alps. In a mountainous area surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, we cultivate sweet potatoes and plums with natural cultivation and reduced pesticides. With what kind of feelings? I hope the vegetables we grow can be an opportunity to make someone's life more enjoyable and a little richer. In addition to growing and delivering vegetables, we also cultivate fields while valuing places, regions, experiences, and connections with people. About Hakushu Town Hakushu Town is an area where famous water flows, and it is also a production area for natural water. The majesty of the Southern Alps and the rural landscape spreading out at the foot are the original scenery of Japan. I would be happy if you could enjoy the climate of Hakushu when you visit the field. About the Field We value the flavor as it is, and we cultivate it without using pesticides as much as possible. No fertilizer other than the residue after harvesting is applied, so I think you can enjoy the flavor of the vegetables themselves. Above all, harvesting is fun no matter how old you are. When you eat the vegetables you have harvested in the field, you will feel the deliciousness! What kind of experiences can I have? In spring, we experience picking plums, and in fall, we dig sweet potatoes. Also, depending on the season, we are planning to plant sweet potatoes, plum blossom viewing, and fall harvest festival events. I would like to create experiences and opportunities for people to enjoy the seasonal fields as close as possible.
